Based in Albrighton, our client is a well-established and growing business, currently looking to expand their welcoming team with five dedicated Production Operatives on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE
As a Production Operative, you will take on a wide variety of tasks, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include fieldwork such as planting and weeding, alongside manual labour across different settings. You will thrive in a fast-paced production line environment, contributing to picking, packing, warehouse operations, and dispatch duties. This role offers great variety and an excellent opportunity for personal growth and career progression. Full, comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and develop your skills.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in manual, fast-paced environments. A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude is essential, as is a passion for contributing to a supportive workplace culture. You should have a good level of physical fitness to comfortably meet the demands of the role. A willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and grow within the position will be key to your success.
