What You'll Be Doing
- Executing high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generation
- Running outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Identifying and engaging high-value decision-makers within target companies
- Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads against established criteria
- Booking qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- Managing and updating CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insights
- Clearly communicating the company's value proposition and services to potential clients
- Consistently achieving weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Providing feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness

What We're Looking For

- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work UK business hours consistently
