Temporary Labourer / Driver
Location: UK-wide
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Duration: Mid-July to End of September 2026
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for 1-2 reliable and hardworking Labourers/Drivers to support a busy project period from mid-July through to the end of September. This is a varied role involving both warehouse-based work and travel to customer sites across the UK. Successful candidates will be physically fit, practical, and able to use their initiative while working as part of a team.
The Role
- General labouring and manual handling duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Working both in the warehouse and on customer sites
- Driving company vehicles, including Transit vans and 3.5-tonne Luton box vans
- Supporting site installations and project work
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good practical skills and common sense
- Flexible and willing to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
Warehouse-based work: 08:30am - 4:30pm / 5:00pm
Site-based work: Typically 06:00am - 6:00pm
Travel across the UK, predominantly South of Birmingham
