Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Internal Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This office-based role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendor, dealer, and broker partners, delivering outstanding service while maximising volumes and profitability. You’ll be the first point of contact for introducers and customers on deals under £250k, working closely with external relationship managers to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with introducers and customers to generate consistent business. Act as primary contact for day-to-day queries and deals up to £250k. Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Work alongside External Relationship Managers to grow and manage accounts. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. Promote the company’s USPs and value-added products. Assess creditworthiness, prepare credit proposals, and ensure compliance. Structure and negotiate profitable deals that meet client needs. Monitor introducer performance and provide feedback for improvement. Manage deals end-to-end, from quotation to payout. About You In-depth knowledge of Asset Finance and Leasing (this is essential) Proven experience in sales and business development within the industry. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
