About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our client’s team in Egham. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across a large, busy site. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning a wide range of areas including bathrooms, corridors, stairways, offices, communal areas, meeting rooms, fitness facilities, theatres, classrooms, and residential accommodation
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, and cleaning windows and paintwork
- Completing deep cleans during scheduled shutdowns or quieter periods
- Assisting with event set-up and post-event clean-up as required
- Adhering to departmental procedures, cleaning schedules, and health and safety guidelines
- Attending mandatory training, including COSHH and other relevant health and safety training
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (e.g. offices, hotels, care environments, hospitals, or similar)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning procedures
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
