Role Purpose: Support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and managing stock, while completing collections and deliveries using company vehicles. Maintain safe, compliant, and well-organised stores and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, label, and store deliveries (including heavy lifting).
- Prepare orders, load/unload vehicles, and maintain accurate stock locations.
- Deliver and collect goods in company vehicles (cars, vans, Luton, flatbed).
- Support airside/landside operations at Heathrow (subject to clearance).
- Keep warehouse and site areas clean, tidy, and compliant.
- Operate forklift trucks (if licensed).
- Complete daily vehicle/MHE checks and report defects.
- Manage customer stock (PPE/uniform), paperwork, portals, returns, and repairs.
- Maintain Sage Goods In entries and general admin tasks.
- Participate in stock checks and maintain COSHH compliance.
