We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Business Finance Provider supporting a wide range of UK sectors, including technology, transport, construction and medical. This role focuses on 60-90 day arrears collections and would suit someone with strong experience in asset finance or motor finance recoveries.

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-stage arrears cases (60-90 days)
  • Negotiate sustainable repayment plans with customers
  • Review contracts and assess recovery options
  • Liaise with internal teams to support recoveries and minimise risk
  • Identify and manage vulnerable customers in line with compliance requirements

About You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in collections, recoveries or bad debt
  • Background in asset finance, leasing or motor finance
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit and contracts
  • Confident communicator and negotiator
  • Organised, resilient and able to work under pressure

Working Pattern & Benefits:

  • Full-time in office for first 2 months, then minimum 2 days per week in office (subject to performance)
