We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hayes for two Warehouse operatives who hold reach and counterbalance forklift licences.
Salary: £30,784 per annum
Hours of Work: Week 1 6am - 2pm and Week 2: 12pm - 8pm. Monday to Friday, no weekends and have all the bank holidays off.

Job Overview:
- Picking, packing and labelling large items
- Using scanners to pick, move and replenish stock
- Offloading and Loading trucks
- Organising and prioritising the workload
- To work effectively as part of a team
- Communicate with supervisor and other staff in a professional manner
- Maintain site hygiene/housekeeping standards to the highest levels
- Ensure compliance to all Health & Safety and company procedures
- Assist other warehouse departments including picking and returns to always ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse
- Inputting data to generate consignment labels
- Checking deliveries to our system and the delivery paperwork
- Checking all items meet the high standards of return procedures
- Locate and scan items into the correct locations
- Checking and receiving in returns from numerous customers
- Ad-hoc duties on request
Person / Experience Required:
- Must have Counterbalance and Reach fork truck certificates and experience
- Proven track record within a warehouse environment
- Manual Handling experience essential
- Proactive/Can do Attitude
- Be highly organised and being able to prioritize their time effectively in completing tasks as and when required
- A good commercial acumen, articulate and clear communicator
- Needs to be a great team player, with a high flexible approach to their day and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer Literate / Scanner experience preferred but not essential
