Location: Hayes Hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm and 12pm – 8pm ( On a rotating shift pattern ) Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position with consistent weekday hours. Key Responsibilities: * Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently * Load and unload deliveries and stock * Pick and pack orders accurately to meet dispatch deadlines * Perform manual handling duties as required * Ensure all stock is stored and moved correctly in accordance with warehouse procedures * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Follow all health & safety regulations and site procedures Requirements: * Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences (in-date) * Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment * Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team * Comfortable with manual handling tasks Benefits: * Monday to Friday – no weekend work! * Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 * Ongoing, long-term work with potential for permanent opportunities * Supportive and friendly working environment If you’re an experienced forklift driver with both Reach and Counterbalance licences, we’d love to hear from you!
