Salary: £32,000 per year

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Start Time: 6:30am daily; finish time depends on delivery completion (daily hours may range from 6-10 hours, but weekly hours remain within 45)

We are currently recruiting for a driver / installer for our client based in Hayes on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and install bed bases and mattresses safely and efficiently
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
  • Ensure all company policies and administrative procedures are adhered to, supporting smooth business operations
  • Work effectively as part of the Transport team, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external customer requests
  • Adapt to obstacles and unexpected situations while on the road
  • Maintain service levels and achieve set performance targets
  • Follow all departmental procedures and notify your line manager of any changes
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in delivery, installation, or a similar role is desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to handle varying tasks and schedules
  • Full UK driving license and a clean driving record
