Job Title: Driver / Installer
Location: Hayes
Salary: £32,000 per year
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Time: 6:30am daily; finish time depends on delivery completion (daily hours may range from 6-10 hours, but weekly hours remain within 45)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install bed bases and mattresses safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Ensure all company policies and administrative procedures are adhered to, supporting smooth business operations
- Work effectively as part of the Transport team, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
- Communicate effectively at all levels, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external customer requests
- Adapt to obstacles and unexpected situations while on the road
- Maintain service levels and achieve set performance targets
- Follow all departmental procedures and notify your line manager of any changes
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in delivery, installation, or a similar role is desirable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
