Job Title: Driver / Installer Location: Hayes Salary: £32,000 per year Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start Time: 6:30am daily; finish time depends on delivery completion (daily hours may range from 6–10 hours, but weekly hours remain within 45) Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays We are currently recruiting for a driver / installer for our client based in Hayes on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver and install bed bases and mattresses safely and efficiently * Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance * Ensure all company policies and administrative procedures are adhered to, supporting smooth business operations * Work effectively as part of the Transport team, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment * Communicate effectively at all levels, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external customer requests * Adapt to obstacles and unexpected situations while on the road * Maintain service levels and achieve set performance targets * Follow all departmental procedures and notify your line manager of any changes * Undertake ad hoc duties as required Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in delivery, installation, or a similar role is desirable * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility to handle varying tasks and schedules * Full UK driving license and a clean driving record Benefits: * Competitive salary of £32,000 per year * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for training and development If you are reliable, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!
