The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Polisher / Quality Controller & Relief Driver to join our clients busy team based in Reading.
£15 per hour
45 hours per week
Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as and when required (paid at normal rate)
General hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Non-contractual local agreements on working hours may apply to some roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Polishing and finishing vehicles to a high standard
- Final quality inspection to ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Identifying and reporting defects or additional damage
- Supporting valeting operations where required
- Collecting and delivering customer vehicles as a relief driver
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Adhering to health & safety, environmental and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a body shop, polishing or quality control role preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Holiday Entitlement:
- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, accrued annually
