A well-established supplier of office products, committed to delivering reliable, efficient service to their customers. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our clients team based in Hayes and oversee the smooth running of the busy warehouse operations.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Salary: 30k - 32k DOE

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock location management
  • Providing flexible support, including covering driving duties when required
  • Using our route-planning software, so confidence with IT is important
  • Locking up the warehouse at the end of each day
  • Ensuring high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and health & safety
  • Supporting and motivating warehouse staff as needed

Skills & Requirements:

  • Ideally hold a counterbalance forklift licence
  • Clean driving licence essential
  • Must live within easy access of the Hayes / Greenford area
  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
