A well-established supplier of office products, committed to delivering reliable, efficient service to their customers. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our clients team based in Hayes and oversee the smooth running of the busy warehouse operations.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Salary: 30k - 32k DOE
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock location management
- Providing flexible support, including covering driving duties when required
- Using our route-planning software, so confidence with IT is important
- Locking up the warehouse at the end of each day
- Ensuring high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and health & safety
- Supporting and motivating warehouse staff as needed
Skills & Requirements:
- Ideally hold a counterbalance forklift licence
- Clean driving licence essential
- Must live within easy access of the Hayes / Greenford area
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
