Operations Coordinator Location: Chessington, KT6 Salary: £30,000 Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday on a shift basis. Shifts range from 6am-9pm, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month. You must be available for all shift patterns. 20 days annual leave + UK public holidays. We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team within an established international courier company. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and plan customer orders and deliveries. * Communicate with customers regarding shipments and updates. * Resolve operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling. * Ensure drivers and security staff follow SOPs and security procedures. * Maintain accurate records and updates on our Transport Management System. * Liaise with UK stations and international partners. * Support continuous improvement and next-day delivery preparation. About You * Previous transport, logistics or operations experience preferred. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Good IT and Microsoft Office skills. * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Flexible, proactive and able to work independently. * French speaking is an advantage.
