Salary: £30K - £33K DOE
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Shift Pattern: 6:00am–2:00pm and 1:00pm–9:00pm on a rotational basis. Must be flexible and available to work both shifts. Saturday shift twice per month, paid at overtime.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Coordinator to join our clients established international courier company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage drivers throughout daily operations
- Liaise with customer service teams and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
- Use Verizon tracking systems to monitor vehicles and driver activity
- Manage operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Support driver management and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate with UK stations and international partners
- Undertake ad-hoc driving duties when required
About You:
- Experience in transport, logistics or operations preferred
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Full UK driving licence required
- Flexible, reliable and proactive
- French speaking is an advantage
