SoundLincs is seeking a Music Delivery Lead (Inside Voices) to lead the delivery of highâquality music workshops as part of SoundLincs' Inside Voices programme, working with individuals across multiple prison settings, secure environments and in the community. The role uses music to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and strengthen social connection, supporting rehabilitation and helping to reduce reoffending.
As a core member of staff, the Music Delivery Lead will take increased ownership of the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of their allocated sessions and projects, contributing to their quality, consistency, and longâterm sustainability.
Working both in delivery settings and within the office, the role will act as a bridge between Music Facilitators and the wider team, strengthening communication, embedding organisational processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of project delivery.
