SoundLincs is seeking a Music Delivery Lead (Social Prescription) to lead the delivery of high-quality music workshops as part of SoundLincs' adult social prescribing programme, supporting participants to improve wellbeing, confidence, and social connection through creative engagement.
As a core member of staff, the Music Delivery Lead will take increased ownership of the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of their allocated sessions and projects, contributing to their quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
Working both in delivery settings and within the office, the role will act as a bridge between Music Facilitators and the wider team, strengthening communication, embedding organisational processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of project delivery.
