Qube GB are looking for an HR Admin to join their extremely fast-paced HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to get into the HR world and is either looking for their next challenge or to develop in their career. Job Purpose
To provide an effective and efficient support service to enable the effective delivery of HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Support to the HR team which includes extensive data entry and admin tasks related to the following:
    • Payroll
    • Performance Management
    • Contract Changes
    • New Starters/Leavers
    • Performance Improvement Plans
    • Engineer Rotas
    • Any other reasonable Administration tasks
    • Managing the HR Inbox on Outlook

Experience Required

General Administration Experience.

Essential Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

  • Good working knowledge of work management systems and Office 365 (mainly Word/Excel and Outlook).
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively, professional & technical expertise, enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker.
  • Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritise tasks depending upon the emergency situations.
