We are launching new opportunities for Self Employed Telecom Engineers. Do you like working autonomously, have your own van (must be silver or white, with no livery and no more than 5 years old), appropriate tools and excel in or feel you would like a career change into the in-home installation aspect of Telecoms? Telecommunications Engineer Duties:- To manage our resource, you will be provided with a rota pattern aligned to your availability (must be able to commit to days or half days at least 2 weeks in advance).
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics to determine the problem and provide a solution within customers’ homes.
- Optimising customers in-home set up to get the best internet speeds and ensure they understand their products which might include digital TV services.
- Good attention to detail in completing your workflows daily so we pass the correct information back to our clients and so we effectively manage our stock.
- Take ownership of your day with support from our Service Centre agents.
- You will be friendly, customer focused and desire to resolve connectivity issues.
- You must be interested in broadband, telephony and digital TV technology and set up.
- You will be a team player, working with the wider team and our clients on a daily basis.
- You will be hard working and flexible to take on our planned and unplanned workload.
