Salary: £25,531.28 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, based in Preston

As a Tenancy Management Team Coordinator, you\'ll be providing essential support to colleagues, customers, and partner agencies by ensuring the team handles reports of Anti‑Social Behaviour effectively. You will answer calls and emails, signpost tenants to expert help, build relationships with partners such as the Police and Lancashire Fire and Rescue, and assist the team by collating data to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Use effective communication skills to support internal and external customers on ASB, environmental, safeguarding and tenancy failure matters, signposting to other services where needed.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to comfortably deal with individuals in crisis.
• Collaborate with colleagues and liaise closely with other teams.
• Understand and uphold confidentiality requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within social housing.
• Basic knowledge of anti‑social behaviour & social housing.
