The predicted salary is between 36000 - 70000 Β£ per year.
37 hours per week, based in Preston, up to Β£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The People Services Team deliver exceptional customer service to our colleagues across Community Gateway. We are proud of the reputation we have for supporting our employees and creating a great employee experience. Reporting to our Head of Culture and Engagement, this new role will play a key part in business partnering with managers and senior managers across the organisation, delivering on high profile projects, having responsibility for specific areas of our service, and ultimately ensuring we deliver our People Strategy and Corporate Plan. Our team live and breathe our corporate values and it is important that the successful candidate do the same.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in a Business Partner role, influencing and supporting at all levels within an organisation.
- Employment law knowledge, and continuing development to ensure you are aware of the latest changes.
- Great communication skills - ability to write policies, procedures and reports tailored to a variety of audiences, and deliver presentations on relevant topics.
- Experience of designing and delivering engaging and impactful training to employees and managers.
- People management experience.
- Experience of working with HR systems.
- High levels of attention to detail with the ability to analyse a variety of data, identify trends and deliver improvements as necessary.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience of working in social housing.
- Experience of payroll.
- Experience of managing a learning and development function.
- Experience of organising corporate events.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
