The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

37 hours per week, based in Preston. £36,023.84 per annum (£18.67 ph) pay award pending plus ability to earn more via call out and standby.

What will you be doing in this role?

You will be part of our Gateway Property Care team, a group of skilled tradespeople who carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock and investment work.

What we are looking for in you:

  • You must have or be working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation including AM2 or equivalent like a C&G 236 Part 1&2 and BS7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  • You will have experience in a range of repairs, maintenance, and programmed works with an excellent understanding of health and safety.
  • You will have great communication skills combined with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
  • You will have a full driving licence for manual vehicles as you will be driving one of our CGA vans.
