The predicted salary is between 24309 - 25949 £ per year.

This is a Real Living Wage role and your salary will increase to £25,948.89 from 1st April 2026 (£13.45ph).

What will you be doing in this role? This role is part of our Asset Management team, who deliver a wide range of services to our customers including property repairs and compliance work such as gas and electrical safety. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team:

  • Respond to customer and colleague queries via phone and email.
  • Update and manage our systems and run reports.
  • Book appointments, process invoices and support meetings and events.

What We Are Looking For In You

  • Customer service skills are essential.
  • You should be confident and experienced in communicating with people over the phone and email.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and ideally have previous experience in an admin role.

The Main Things

  • Excellent communication skills – able to liaise with tenants and colleagues in a polite and respectful manner.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise work and demonstrate initiative to solve problems.
  • Provide an outstanding standard of customer service to all tenants, customers and colleagues.

This role will be based at our gorgeous dock‑side offices.
