Would you like to lead the Brighton ensemble? CoMA Sussex are hiring a new Music Director. The duties involve:
- Conducting rehearsals and performances
- Maintaining an open-access ensemble catering for mixed abilities
- Devising detailed artistic programmes and rehearsal schedules
- Liaising with composers and the ensemble librarian
- Creating strategic artistic plans for the ensemble, including workshops and other relevant activities
- Developing links with festivals and other arts organisations.
The group rehearse once a month on a Sunday afternoon in the Brighton area and usually give two public concerts per year.
