We are seeking a highly motivated and creative graduate musician looking for their first job in the arts industry to join our team for one year. St Andrews Music Participation (StAMP) is the award-winning outreach programme located in the Laidlaw Music Centre at the University of St Andrews. We believe in the transformative power of music and create high quality educational and musical experiences for children, young people, and communities across Fife. Our activities connect people, support well-being, and help participants develop skills for life that support their musical and personal goals. StAMP collaborates with a range of arts organisations and academic colleagues combining disciplines to spark curiosity and explore new ideas.

The Early Career Music Outreach Fellow’s main responsibilities will be to support the Head of Outreach with project coordination, administration, event management and delivery across all strands of the StAMP programme. The post-holder will maintain relationships with schools, families, community groups and colleagues across the university as well as work creatively with a range of professional artists and local partners on programme content.

Grade/Salary Range: Salary: Grade 3, £25,353 – £26,707 per annum. Fixed term for 12 months, 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2027. Working Hours: Full time, 36.25 hours per week.
