About the role
Join Soulreflectors, a fast‑growing PropTech company that is improving the property industry through world‑class technology. As a Sales Development Representative you will help expand the reach of our products to estate agents across the UK, supporting higher revenue and a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities with estate agents via outbound calls, emails and other channels.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of self‑generated client prospects.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to achieve high performance.
- Deliver a first‑class customer experience at every interaction.
- Contribute to product knowledge and share insights with teammates.
About you
- Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
- Track record of meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
- Self‑starter who takes initiative and confidently makes contact with potential clients.
- Curious and detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills and an inspiring product passion.
