Soulbound is a top-down pixel art MMO launching on Steam. We have had over 1 million players on browser and have completely rebuilt the game for PC — new engine, new game loop, new progression and narrative system. We are a remote team of ~20 gearing up for a public playtest.

We need a producer who takes the creative director's vision and makes it happen on time, to standard. We are looking for an experienced, passionate producer to get the vision into sprints and to ensure the sprints deliver the highest quality possible.

  • You run two teams (6 engineering, 6 art) through 2-week sprints in Linear — standups, retros, planning.
  • You hold the quality bar. If something isn't up to standard, you catch it before it ships — not after.
  • You anticipate problems before they become fires.
  • You communicate crisply in writing.

We are looking for someone who understands MMOs and live-service games deeply enough to know what good looks like — and who won't let anything less than that reach players.

About the contract:

  • ~3 months initially, with genuine potential for ongoing work.
  • ~ Start immediately, within 2 weeks.
  • ~ Remote, with UK timezone overlap.
  • ~£6,000–10,000/month depending on experience.

You have shipped games on Steam with indie-sized teams (~10+ people).

Strong knowledge of MMOs, live-service games, or social games — you understand progression systems, game loops, community dynamics, and what keeps players coming back, and you have a strong understanding of what players expect in the current market.

You can translate creative vision meetings into executable plans — you bridge the gap between what we want and what gets built through the director's vision.

You understand the engineering pipeline, from design to QA and are able to work closely with the art producer and CTO to maintain their sprints and team workloads.

  • Available to start immediately.
  • Comfortable working remotely with UK timezone overlap or hybrid at our London studio.

Highly competitive depending on experience. Fully remote or hybrid. Work on a game with a proven player base (1M+ players). Opportunity for ongoing contract after 3 months. Small, fast-moving team, your impact can be immediate and visible.
