At The Sanctuary located in Shoreditch &Soul, we are reimagining what an urban wellness hub can be — fusing daily movement, ritual, immersive workshops, cold plunge and sauna, and soulful gatherings under one roof. We are seeking a bold and dynamic Programme & Events Manager to champion our mission, design compelling event journeys, and bring our Sanctuary ethos to life across unforgettable activations. Compensation:

  • Base salary - £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus – Performance based bonus of 20-25% of base salary

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the &Soul team to define programme objectives and themes.
  • Curate a diverse selection of classes, workshops, longer immersions, live music events, talks, and other experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with instructors, facilitators, speakers, musicians, and other contributors.
  • Develop and implement a CRM to track status of current and prospective partners.
  • Leverage existing and new networks to identify and recruit new talent, assess facilitator qualifications and experience, negotiate terms and contracts, and ensure all sessions meet quality standards and community guidelines.
  • Ensure &Soul specific culture and connection practices are built into each session.
  • Oversee the production and execution of events on the ground.
  • Teach classes and train facilitators if applicable / where required.
  • Manage month end payment and reconciliation process with all facilitators.
  • Ensure all events are uploaded and advertised on the appropriate channels.
  • Identify emerging trends, themes, and topics of interest, and stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop comprehensive promotional strategies for all programme offerings.
  • Utilise facilitator networks and industry connections to maximise outreach and engagement.
  • Track and analyse promotional efforts to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to design and deliver sauna integration sessions, workshops, and ceremonies.
  • Develop methods for assessing facilitators and measuring the success of programme offerings.
  • Collect feedback from participants, track attendance and engagement metrics, and use data insights to continuously improve programming and enhance the participant experience via weekly report.
