We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator internally known as a Resourcer, to join our UK Talent Acquisition team and help us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across our business.
Reporting to the UK Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll support recruitment activity across our operational and support centre functions, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Location: This is a hybrid role working from stores/restaurants with meeting rooms 2-3 days a week. Ideally within the North West however would be open for the right candidate. Travel is required with this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Attraction & Sourcing
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards and talent networks
- Create engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Support recruitment across operational and support centre roles
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage vacancies from attraction through to offer stage
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activity with hiring managers
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Build strong relationships with managers across the business
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practice and hiring processes
- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies
- Keep stakeholders updated on recruitment progress and market insights
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems
- Support onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with company policies and legislation
- Produce recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics
Employer Brand & Continuous Improvement
- Promote Soul Foods Group as an employer of choice
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Support talent acquisition projects, new store openings and business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Resourcing
- Experience recruiting within hospitality, retail, leisure, QSR or another volume-recruitment environment
- Strong sourcing and attraction skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence with own car
- Willingness to travel when required
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or CV databases
- Employer branding or social recruitment experience
- Experience supporting recruitment campaigns or new store openings
- Experience within a multi-site or franchised business
