From our charming offices in the heart of Leamington Spa, we've created some of the most high-profile and widely downloaded titles in the XR space. Joining our team gives you the opportunity to contribute to exciting new projects exploring the cutting edge of XR, the metaverse, and AAA mobile.

THE ROLE

As our new Marketing Artist, you will play a key role in bringing our games to life visually for players, press, and platforms. You’ll create high-impact marketing assets that capture the essence of our titles and help drive awareness, downloads, and community engagement.

Working closely with the project teams, you will produce visually striking promotional artwork, social media assets, key art, banners, in-game marketing materials, and other visual content that aligns with our established art direction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented freelancer who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment and loves turning game worlds into compelling marketing campaigns.

You will be expected to deliver creative, on-brand assets on time while working within technical and platform requirements. We value creative problem-solvers who communicate well, show strong enthusiasm, and consistently deliver high-quality work that excites both players and stakeholders.

If you’re a passionate marketing artist who loves games and wants to help tell our stories through powerful visuals, we’d love to see your work.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent 2D illustration, graphic design, and marketing asset creation skills, ideally with examples of game marketing materials (key art, social assets, banners, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate game concepts and art direction into engaging promotional visuals.
  • High proficiency in Photoshop and other industry-standard 2D tools (e.g., Illustrator, Procreate).
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media formats, and platform specifications (Meta, TikTok, Steam, App Store, YouTube etc.).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills — essential for effective remote/contract collaboration.
  • Ability to beautify presentations.
  • Familiarity with AI and the ability to maximise quality and productivity.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience creating marketing assets for games, particularly in mobile, console, or XR/VR titles.
  • Familiarity with Unity and the ability to create or prepare assets for in-engine use.
  • Knowledge of 3D tools (Maya, Blender) and texturing pipelines (Substance) for creating consistent assets across 2D and 3D.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere) for trailers and animated assets.
  • Active player of Mobile, Console, or VR games with a good understanding of what makes game marketing visually appealing.
