THE ROLE

We\’re seeking a talented Live Ops Programmer to join our team, which will help shape the future of VR gaming. You\’ll work alongside our Publishing/Live Ops Director and senior team members to maintain and enhance our portfolio of successful titles for our players.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with our Live Ops Director to implement new features and maintain our existing game library
  • Develop and integrate accessibility features based on community feedback
  • Support live titles through platform updates and hardware evolution
  • Build and optimise user acquisition and retention tools
  • Work on crash diagnostics and analytics integration
  • Document development processes for our live games portfolio

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong programming skills in C# or C++
  • Solid experience with Unreal or Unity
  • Proven track record in debugging and profiling, with minimal supervision
  • Be able to diagnose software issues efficiently and verify resolutions with testing and guards.
  • Experience with live ops infrastructure and supporting games as a service
  • Experience supporting live service games
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • At least one shipped game on Unity or Unreal
  • 3+ years of games industry experience
  • Experience with full-cycle development
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • VR development experience (Quest, Vive, or similar)
  • Unreal Experience
  • PS5 development experience
  • Performance profiling expertise in Unity and/or VR
  • FPS and action game development background
