Soudal, a global leading manufacturer in sealants, foams, and adhesives, is seeking a driven and approachable Area Sales Manager to join our team in the South-Central. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and growing brand presence across key trade and retail accounts.

Your focus will be on growing sales, demonstrating products, training branch staff, and ensuring Soudal products are merchandised to the highest standard—all to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging in-store product demonstrations to increase sales and expand product listings.
  • Provide training and support to distributor branch staff.
  • Maintain merchandising standards to ensure excellent product visibility and rotation.
  • Manage and grow sales with a defined customer base.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives for your territory.
