Based in Tamworth (B77 5PN), Soudal (UK) Ltd is one of the largest subsidiaries within the Soudal Group and currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to join a growing customer service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls in line with set KPI’s
  • Manage customer expectations by phone, email and any other appropriate means of communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the processing of orders
  • Liaising with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs.
  • Manage delivery issues in line with customer expectations
  • Make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities
  • Update customer price files
  • Maintain customer data within CRM and SAP.
  • Manage customer open order books in line with customer expectations.
Profile
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Preferably SAP, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Exceed customer expectations - go the extra mile.
  • Living within commuting distance
