Soudal is seeking a driven and approachable National Account Manager to join our team in South-West, South and Central England. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and growing brand presence across key trade and retail accounts.
What you will do:
- Management of key, national account customers in the professional construction and industrial manufacturing sectors including national distributors and large end user customers.
- Development of new national account customers in these sectors.
- Product demonstrations to increase sales and expand product listings.
- Provide training and support.
- Manage and grow sales with a defined customer base.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives for your territory.
What we are looking for:
- A sales-focused professional with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or product demonstrations.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
- A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to be flexible with working hours when required.
