Main Purpose of the Job
To improve the Customer Experience providing excellent proactive customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers.
Key areas of responsibilities and accountability:
- Handle inbound calls in line with set KPI’s
- Manage customer expectations by phone, email and any other appropriate means of communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the processing of orders
- Liaise with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs.
- Manage delivery issues in line with customer expectations
- Make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities
- Update customer price files
- Maintain customer data within CRM and SAP.
- Manage customer open order books in line with customer expectations.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably SAP, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Dynamics 365 experience.
- Problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceed customer expectations – go the extra mile.
