Soudal, a global leading manufacturer in sealants, foams, and adhesives, is seeking a driven and approachable Area Sales Manager to join our team in Anglia. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and growing brand presence across key trade and retail accounts. Your focus will be on growing sales, demonstrating products, training branch staff, and ensuring Soudal products are merchandised to the highest standard—all to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging in-store product demonstrations to increase sales and expand product listings.
- Provide training and support to distributor branch staff.
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure excellent product visibility and rotation.
- Manage and grow sales with a defined customer base with a 60/40 split of account management and acquisition of new distribution points.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives for your territory.
Profile
- A sales-focused professional with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or product demonstrations.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
- A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to be flexible with working hours when required.
