As our Territory Manager for the Christchurch & Upper South Island regions, you'll be the driving force behind the growth of our retail and trade customers, with a strong succession plan for account management. You’ll also develop relationships with end users in the region. This role is about more than just sales; it's about building lasting relationships and providing solutions that matter. You'll identify opportunities, develop strategies to increase market share, and engage both new and existing customers. We're looking for someone who can represent our values and passion, becoming a true ambassador for Soudal in the region.

Profile

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets

  • Ideally, experience in the construction or related industry (not mandatory)
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
