Responsibilities:
- Planning, co-ordinating and monitoring the receipts, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
- Co-ordinate, organise, administrate and supervise all staff.
- Having a clear understanding of the Company’s policies, values, vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
- Ensuring stock control systems are followed from GR to GI.
- Organising the training of staff, as well as monitoring performance and progress.
- Ensure all MHE licences and checks are up to date.
- Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintaining standards of Health weekends as and when required.
