THE ROLE

The UX Researcher will be responsible for the full lifecycle of user research activities, from data collection and analysis, planning through findings synthesis and presentation. You will use a variety of user research methods to deliver insights for the Auction and Sales Management team. There may be opportunities to support other initiatives across the company over time. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of art market, luxury, and services-oriented digital products reaching millions of people worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end research projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys).
  • Partner with researchers, designers, product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize and plan user research studies.
  • Collect and analyze information from diverse data sources to develop meaningful client segments.
  • Recruit research participants for individual user research studies and broader strategic needs, such as personas, roadmap discovery, and prioritization.
  • Identify and implement user research methods that achieve desired objectives.
  • Effectively translate user research findings into actionable insights through compelling storytelling.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the value of user research to various internal stakeholders.
