We are growing our local team and looking for a Trainee Estate Planner who wants more than “just a job”. This is an opportunity to build a long‑term career helping individuals and families put the right plans in place for the future through Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning advice. No previous estate planning experience is required. What matters most to us is attitude, empathy, professionalism and the ability to genuinely care about people.
The Role
- You’ll work alongside experienced advisers learning how to:
- Support clients through the estate planning journey
- Hold professional and compassionate conversations
- Understand family circumstances and future wishes
- Learn about Wills, Trusts and LPAs
- Build trusted relationships within the local community
- Provide a service that is clear, personal and jargon‑free
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. We provide ongoing mentoring, support and development to help you grow in confidence and knowledge.
