Sterilization Manager Gas EAS has primary global responsibility for Gas validations performed by the Sterigenics Scientist team. Reports to Director Gas EAS. Direct reports include Gas Scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Gas Scientist staff.
- Track workload and ensure appropriate balance across the group.
- Ensure department goals and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in customer and internal support for validation-related questions and challenges.
- Develop and implement training and development tools for Sterigenics corporate and facility validation teams.
- Ensure team participation in Scientific Communities of Practice, including setting project goals for team members.
- Understand regulatory standards for Gas sterilization, particularly as related to validation.
- Demonstrate leadership and participate in applicable ISO committees related to Gas processing.
- Monitor the costs associated with the project and inform Sales when quote amount is exceeded.
- Travel.
