What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals across experimentation and optimisation
- Drive A/B testing and measurement strategy across CRM, Digital, eCommerce, Retention, and Commercial functions
- Deliver data-driven insights that improve customer experience and business performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across multiple business areas
- Shape experimentation roadmaps, analytics strategy, and optimisation initiatives
- Apply statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modelling, and commercial analytics techniques
- Support high-quality delivery across SQL, Tableau, Python, BigQuery, and clickstream analytics environments
- Influence strategic decision-making across UK and international markets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Data Analytics, Experimentation, Optimisation, or Data Science leadership roles
- Advanced skills in SQL and Tableau; experience with Python, GCP/BigQuery, or Adobe Clickstream is highly beneficial
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, segmentation, and predictive analytics
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working in fast-paced digital, subscription, media, telecoms, or eCommerce environments
