Role Overview
As Skills & Learning Manager, you’ll oversee the creation and delivery of learning materials that support both student development and partner success. You will shape signature learning programmes, contribute to event-based content, and build digital resources designed for today’s learners.
You will manage the full instructional design cycle—identifying needs, developing learning strategies, creating and refining content, and ensuring continuous improvement. Working across departments and with external contributors, you’ll simplify complex topics into accessible, engaging formats such as video, online modules, workshops, and webinars.
