About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of technology and content initiatives across broadcast and streaming platforms. This role combines project coordination, operational delivery, and data analysis, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support launches, system updates, and platform enhancements. You’ll play a key role in capturing requirements, tracking delivery from initiation to launch, and supporting operational readiness across multiple products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and manage new project and business requirements, tracking delivery from initiation through to launch
- Own the creation and delivery of encryption rules for channel launches
- Maintain and manage reference data within core platforms
- Support the implementation and delivery of new software for set-top box platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed plans
- Analyse trends and operational data to support platform releases
- Create and manage provisioning rules for new third-party applications
- Support the creation and delivery of PPV offers on streaming platforms
What You’ll Bring
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience working with SQL and Tableau
- Experience creating, maintaining, and updating Confluence documentation
- Strong Jira ticket and board management skills
- Proven project delivery and coordination experience
- Experience capturing and tracking business requirements, ideally within Jira
- Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
