A leading global clinical research organisation is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support oncology studies across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced CRA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to advancing innovative treatments.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, and close-out) in line with GCP and study protocols
  • Drive patient recruitment and support sites in meeting enrolment targets
  • Deliver protocol training and maintain strong site relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study standards
  • Track study progress including approvals, CRFs, and data queries
  • Maintain accurate documentation (TMF, ISF, visit reports)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional study teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in oncology clinical trials monitoring (including unblinded studies)
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
  • Life sciences degree or equivalent experience
