A leading global clinical research organisation is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support oncology studies across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced CRA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to advancing innovative treatments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, and close-out) in line with GCP and study protocols
- Drive patient recruitment and support sites in meeting enrolment targets
- Deliver protocol training and maintain strong site relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study standards
- Track study progress including approvals, CRFs, and data queries
- Maintain accurate documentation (TMF, ISF, visit reports)
- Collaborate with cross-functional study teams
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in oncology clinical trials monitoring (including unblinded studies)
- Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Life sciences degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
