About the Role
A growing organisation is seeking an
HR Officer to join its Human Resources team in a hands-on generalist role supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Reporting to an HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and administrative support across multiple UK legal entities and locations.
The role involves working closely with managers, employees and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Process and maintain accurate employee information, including data relating to salaried and casual employees.
- Support payroll processes and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support the onboarding of new employees.

- Prepare employee correspondence and maintain accurate HR records and systems.
- Produce regular weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and best practices are consistently applied.
- Maintain and archive personnel records in accordance with applicable retention requirements.
- Conduct routine HR data and system checks to ensure information remains accurate and reliable.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of core HR services.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and ensure compliance with
