What You'll Work On
- Build and improve backend systems powering AI agent workflows
- Develop modular services for data processing, logic execution, reporting, and orchestration

- Provide structured technical feedback to improve agent performance and reliability
- Integrate APIs, databases, and external tools into agent workflows

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Strong programming skills in Python plus at least one additional language (JavaScript, Go, Java, etc.)
- Experience working with SQL databases and structured data systems
- Background building production-grade or modular backend architectures
- Experience working with live environments and multi-turn workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
