This opportunity focuses on improving how Large Language Models (LLMs) reason, coordinate, and execute complex multi-step workflows through technical evaluation and structured human feedback.
Engineers will work on real-world AI orchestration challenges involving backend systems, automation workflows, live integrations, and multi-turn agent interactions.
What You'll Work On
- Evaluate and improve advanced AI agent behaviour across complex workflows.
- Build and analyse modular systems for parsing, reasoning, orchestration, and reporting.
- Provide detailed technical feedback on AI-generated outputs and system performance.
- Work with live integrations and production-style environments rather than simulated workflows.
- Contribute to improving reliability, reasoning, and decision-making in autonomous systems.
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, automation engineering, or systems integration.
