The Role

Your mission: grow revenue and boost gross profit in line with company goals. You'll build strategic, long-term relationships with systems integrators, installers, and end-users—offering tailored technical solutions that position us and our vendors for future wins.

Key Responsibilities (full training provided)

  • Increase revenue and profit from current accounts
  • Re-engage dormant customers to uncover fresh opportunities
  • Follow up on marketing initiatives to convert interest into sales
  • Turn quotes around quickly and offer smart alternatives that add value
  • Follow up on proposals within 24 hours
  • Validate and process orders with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through reliable and responsive service
  • Monitor order progress, uphold delivery commitments, and maintain sales forecasts
  • Identify and qualify leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Deepen relationships with existing accounts and reach out to new contacts
  • Collaborate closely with our supplier network to align goals
